Beautiful and delicate, this sister resides over the upper quarter - the ruling classes. These rich and decadent citizens of Sephira are traditionalists, with a love of the old ways. Persephone and Cassiopeia have a strained relationship, and as such the Persephonites are highly mistrustful of the Cassiopeians. Clashes between the two clans have raged since the beginning of time.

Her makeup is opulent, period inspired (1920s in particular) with hues of deep berry, red, forest green, deep blue, purple & black.
